There's Always Rules

Arrival & Studio Etiquette

  • Shoes off, please. Remove your shoes before entering the studio.
  • Clean hands only. Sanitize your hands immediately upon arrival.
  • Give the room space. Please wait in the courtyard or adjacent lobby while the previous class
    exits and the studio resets.
  • Come prepared. Please bring your own towel and water.
  • Studio etiquette: please refrain from lotions, perfumes, oils, or scented products prior to class

Cancellation Policy

  • Private Sessions: 24-hour cancellation policy. No exceptions.
  • In-Studio Group Classes: 12-hour cancellation window. No exceptions.
    Late cancellations result in loss of the class plus a $15 fee.
    No-shows result in loss of the class plus a $20 fee.
  • Virtual Classes: 2-hour cancellation policy to avoid loss of the session.

Scheduling & Waitlist

  • Classes may be cancelled up to one hour prior to start time if fewer than
    3 clients are registered.
  • Waitlist Policy: Waitlisted clients must check the schedule to confirm if they
    have been added. Notifications are not guaranteed.
  • If you are added from the waitlist, the standard cancellation policy applies. Clients
    must remove themselves online if they can no longer attend.

Packages & Memberships

  • All private sessions and packages have a 90-day expiration — no exceptions.
    Sessions are non-transferable.
  • Monthly Memberships: memberships are on auto-renew. Your plan will renew at the end of your
    3- or 6-month contract term. If you wish to opt out, please contact us prior to renewal.
  • Monthly members may place their membership on hold for one (1) month only during their contract term.
    $25 hold fee applies.
  • Early termination: Monthly contracts must be bought out to terminate before the end of the contract term.
